A number of our neighbors had to leave their homes on Monday night due to flooding inside their homes. One neighbor told Stephen that the water inside his house had reached ankle deep and knee deep in his drive way.
Thankfully the water never did make it into our house but it sure came close.
There are a lot of families in the surrounding areas who are homeless now and some who are now faced with a long clean up process. And sadly there were a few who lost their lives. Please keep these families in your prayers.
These kinds of things make you realize how important the little things in life really are.
